LAUREL, Del. — Police in Laurel are investigating a shooting at the Little Creek Apartments, where a person was found with a gunshot wound.
The Laurel Police Department said officers responded to the 200 building of the apartment complex and located a victim who was taken for medical care and is in the hospital.
A large police presence was reported in the area as officers worked the scene and gathered information. Police later said the scene has been cleared, but the investigation remains ongoing.
No further information about the victim or possible arrests has been released.
