Milford looks to rejoin DelDOT's Route 113 improvements project

The City of Milford is asking DelDOT to rejoin the plans for improvements along Route 113. Milford originally denied participating in 2007 because they did not feel the work was necessary at the time. Since then, growth has expedited and the City's population has more than doubled.
