NEW YORK - Delaware native Lizzy Howell will be a guest on the Tamron Hall show on Wednesday. Howell is from Milford and has risen to internet stardom in recent years as a dancer and social media personality.

Howell initially loved ballet but began taking hip hop more seriously after moving to Los Angeles.
When her mother passed away when she was five years old, dance became her refuge. Despite bullying, body shaming and frequent criticism about her weight during her school years, Howell's love of dance led her to viral fame as a teenager when she posted a video of herself dancing, challenging stereotypes in the world of ballet.
Since then, she's made some big moves. Howell moved to Los Angeles in 2022 and has been cast in ad campaigns for brands like Target and has performed alongside other performers like Shawn Mendes and Khalid. She takes and teaches dance classes at a studio in Los Angeles, as well.

"The shift from a small town in Delaware to a big city like L.A. wasn't easy, but I'm so glad I did it," Howell wrote previously on Instagram. "I honestly didn't think I'd make it past two months..."
"I never thought my dance career would get this far, I always assumed it would just be a hobby," she said in a separate post. "I know it's meant to be, but gosh darn it, it's really hard. Thank you all for supporting me."
Tamron Hall airs on CoastTV at 3 p.m.
