Ocean City prepares for expiry of Primary Residence Incentive Program
With the expiration of the Primary Residence Incentive Program (PRIP) happening on June 30, the Ocean City Council are deliberating the future of the initiative. The PRIP aimed to lower the cost of new primary residences in Ocean City by waiving certain building permit fees and refunding specific local property taxes.
