MILLSBORO, Del.  - A 25-year-old man was arrested early Saturday, June 14, in connection with a deadly shooting that left one man dead and two others injured outside a Millsboro house, Delaware State Police said.

Marcus Harris was taken into custody without incident at a home on the 24000 block of Rivers Edge Drive around 2 a.m., troopers said. When troopers arrived at the scene, they found 19-year-old Andree’ Mosley Jr. of Ellendale suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite efforts to provide medical aid, Mosley was pronounced dead at the scene.

Two other men were also found outside the home with gunshot injuries and were taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening wounds.

According to investigators, the three victims were visiting a female resident who knew both Harris and Mosley. An argument between the woman and Mosley escalated, and she reportedly asked the men to leave. A physical altercation broke out between Harris and Mosley, during which Harris shot him, police said. Harris then allegedly fired at the other two men.
