REHOBOTH BEACH, Del.- Thousands of people hit the Nation's Summer Capital to enjoy Sea Witch this year.

The namesake Sea Witch kicked off the parade, with many groups walking under balloons or handing out candy.

Marching bands and creative floats could be seen along the two-mile parade route.
