MILFORD, Del. - Police are investigating an armed robbery at Liquor Stop in Milford on Friday.
Police say on Friday around 1 p.m., troopers responded to Liquor Stop on S. Rehoboth Blvd. in Milford. Police say the investigation revealed that an unknown man entered the store and showed a handgun as he demanded money from an employee. After the employee gave the man an undisclosed amount of money, he left the store. The troopers who responded to the robbery searched the area for the man but weren't able to find him.
Police say there were no reported injuries. The man is described as a white man wearing dark-colored clothing and sunglasses. Police surveillance video and images are not yet available.
Police say they are still investigating.
