The City of Rehoboth Beach is preparing for the annual Sea Witch Festival. Throughout Rehoboth Beach, you can see decorations being put up, and parking regulation signs in place. Many stores have also decorated for the occasion. While the city is setting up this week for the highly anticipated event, the Chamber of Commerce told CoastTV News extensive preparation goes into organizing the event.
