REHOBOTH BEACH, Del.- The Rehoboth Beach Volunteer Fire Company (RBVFC) responded to a house fire on Sussex Street Tuesday night.

According to the fire company, there was heavy smoke and flames in the crawl space when firefighters arrived.

Investigators say the house was being renovated. Because of that, no one was in the house during the fire.

The fire company says there were no injuries.

The Delaware State Fire Marshal is investigating the cause of the fire.
