GEORGETOWN, Del. - The start of the Return Day Parade in Georgetown has been delayed due to a crash this morning in Dover. Delaware State police responded to the crash. Southbound lanes on Route 1 were closed in the area and are still closed, resulting in politicians having difficulties traveling from Dover to Georgetown for the festivities.
