REHOBOTH BEACH, Del. - For those scrambling to finish their holiday shopping, Tanger Outlets in Rehoboth Beach will be open on Monday, Dec. 23, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
On Tuesday, Dec. 24, the outlets will open early at 8 a.m. and close at 6 p.m. to accommodate Christmas Eve shoppers.
