FELTON, Delaware - Three Dover teenagers are seriously hurt after a crash in Felton.

Police say around 3:20 p.m. police say a 17-year-old boy was driving his white 2019 Volkswagen Beetle on Berrytown Road south of Henry Cowgill Road in Felton. For reasons yet unknown, the Volkswagen Beetle veered off the roadway, eventually rolling over and coming to a halt in a ditch. The severity of the crash was evident as the driver, a 17-year-old boy, was ejected from the vehicle upon impact. The two passengers, a 16-year-old boy in the front seat and a 17-year-old boy in the rear, remained inside the car, but all three suffered serious injuries.

Police say all three boys are from Dover and were transported to trauma hospitals via air ambulance. 

Troopers are still investigating the crash.
