BERLIN, Md. - Wor-Wic Community College is celebrating its 50th anniversary with a special edition of its annual golf tournament, set for Friday, June 6, at Ocean Resorts Golf Club.
The event is organized by the Wor-Wic Foundation. The event aims to raise funds for the college’s educational and workforce training programs.
The tournament is open to community members and businesses, who can support through sponsorships or by donating auction items. Proceeds will help keep education affordable and expand access to programs that address local workforce needs across the Lower Eastern Shore, said the college.
