Delaware is expanding its Farm to Processing program, connecting local farmers with schools and community meal programs while providing workforce training for incarcerated participants. State officials say the initiative also increases food processing capacity and access to fresh, locally grown produce.

 A 75-year-old man died after a house fire Thursday on Tangier Street in Salisbury, according to the Office of the Maryland State Fire Marshal. Investigators said smoking materials have not been ruled out, and the cause remains under investigation.
