SEAFORD, Del. - Two Pennsylvania men have been arrested for stealing a boat from a Seaford home on Tuesday, according to Delaware State Police.

Around 7:45 a.m., troopers responded to call that a boat and trailer were stolen overnight from a home on Walker Road. Police say the boat, a Sunbird secured on a trailer in the driveway, was towed away. An investigation revealed the boat and trailer were seen at the Hampton Inn on Route 13. Troopers identified 21-year-old Emanuel Carlo, of Slatington, and 27-year-old Lucas Giovinco, of Catasauqua, as suspects.

Though the men were not at the Hampton Inn when the boat was found, they were arrested later in the day during a traffic stop in Bridgeville. Both were charged with felonies for theft of a motor vehicle and second degree conspiracy as well as third degree criminal trespassing. They were released on a $5,000 unsecured bond.
