FRANKFORD, Del. - Three Frankford men were arrested Tuesday morning for their involvement in drug dealing and violent crimes, according to Delaware State Police.
Around 6 a.m. Tuesday, members of the Delaware State Police Special Operations Response Team, Sussex County Governor's Task Force and Sussex County Drug Unit executed a search warrant at a home on Armory Road in Frankford. Police say the home had become a nuisance because of previous deadly drug overdoses, assaults and gun-related incidents.
During the search, detectives found 23-year-old Jaiheim Curtis, 51-year-old Daniel Prouse and 41-year-old Douglas Wilkerson and identified them as being involved with dealing drugs. Police also say they found about 180 bags of suspected heroin, 70 doses of ecstasy, 80 grams of cocaine, a handgun and ammunition. A database search showed police that Prouse was prohibited form possessing firearms and ammunition.

The three men were taken into custody. Curtis was charged with multiple felonies including intent to deliver a tier three controlled substance as well as for weapons and drug possession charges. He was committed to Sussex Correctional Institution on $76,000 cash bond. Prouse was charged with a felony for possession of a firearm by a prohibited person and drug paraphernalia possession. He was committed to Sussex Correctional Institution on $5,000 secured bond. Wilkerson was charged with maintaining a drug property and drug paraphernalia possession and was released on $5,500 unsecured bond.
