Abandoned shopping carts all over Pocomoke City
In Pocomoke City, police are cracking down on the abandoned shopping carts which they say they are showing up all over town like yards, along sidewalks, and even near roadways. Officers say they recently counted about 18 carts lef off store property along with dozens of street lights out. They are calling it a qulity-of-life crackdown and say it's a part of a "Broken Windows" approach, fixing small issues before they grow into bigger crimes.
