Heacook

GEORGETOWN, Del. - The case review scheduled for Oct. 9 at 9 a.m. for the man accused of killing Cpl. Heacook of Delmar, was cancelled.

This procedure was to take place in Georgetown at the Sussex County Courthouse. According to the courthouse, the trial for the accused Randon Wilkerson, is still scheduled for Oct. 16.

Wilkerson is accused of killing Cpl. Heacook who responded alone to a fight in progress call in the Yorkshire Estates community of Delmar in 2021.
