Medical Marijuana

DOVER, De- An amendment to Delaware's medical marijuana code is making its way through the state house.

On Wednesday, the House Health & Human Development Committee approved a change that removes the requirement for a patient to have a debilitating medical condition to qualify for a medical marijuana card. Instead, health care providers will make the determination.

It was first introduced to the House on Dec. 14, 2023. For a look the full amendment click here.
