FREDERICA, Del. — More than 12,000 athletes, families, and spectators are expected to flood the Delaware Turf Sports Complex on May 31 and June 1 for the Delaware Super Cup, a soccer tournament drawing national and international teams to Kent County.
Teams will be competing for a share of $300,000 in prizes. Organizers say it’s not only a showcase of elite soccer, but also a powerful boost for the local economy and community.
