Drivers on Route 1 should plan for nighttime lane closures from Monday through Thursday, beginning at 7 p.m. and ending at 7 a.m. the following morning. Additional closures on Route 1 are scheduled for the weekends, starting at 11 p.m. on Fridays and concluding at 8 a.m. on Mondays.
GEORGETOWN, Del. - DelDOT announced shoulder and intermittent lane closures on Zoar Road starting Monday. This disruption to traffic comes as railroad crossing monitoring systems are installed, according to DelDOT.
DelDOT said motorists can expect shoulder closures and delays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m through the end of April. Motorist are reminded to slow down in work zones and expect minor delays while in the area.
