A chilly start to the morning after high temperatures on Monday. A cold front is bringing the return of cold air to the peninsula. Work is underway in Rehoboth Beach to install security bollards near the boardwalk. City officials say the project is intended to improve public safety by restricting car access near the bandstand, circle and boardwalk entrance.
