Cold conditions to start the day on Delmarva. This, as temperatures are expected to increase into the 60s and possibly 70s later this week. Delaware Governor Matt Meyer has declared this week as Flood Awareness Week as a way to prepare and inform people about serious weather events. DNREC is partnering with DEMA to help Delawareans protect themselves and their property from flooding.
