Wintery weather returns to Delmarva as temperatures are expected to drop to the 30s today. The plunge in temperatures makes for the possibility of wet snow on the peninsula. Work is underway in Bethany Beach for boardwalk repairs. Several access points will stay open while construction takes place, with expected completion in May.
