A warm up is on the way to Delmarva with possibly record highs later this week. The good news comes amid potential showers in the forecast as well. Millsboro's DelDOT committee will gather to discuss plans to improve sidewalks along some of its busiest roadways. Officials are set to discuss Route 24, where some areas have no sidewalk at all.
