A Millsboro man has turned himself in after police say he was involved in a shooting in February. 

MILLSBORO, Del.- A man wanted in connection to a shooting in Millsboro earlier this year has turned himself in and is being held at Sussex Correctional Institution in place of $41,000 cash bail, according to the Millsboro Police Department.

Parker Norwood was sought by police after a Feb. 10 shooting near the intersection of Old Landing Road and Union Street. Authorities had warned the public not to approach Norwood, describing him as armed and dangerous.

Millsboro Police say Norwood faces multiple felonies, including first-degree assault and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. He is also charged with first-degree reckless endangering and discharging a firearm within town limits, which is a misdemeanor.
