NEWARK, Del. - On Sunday night, University of Delaware athletics named Sarah Jenkins as the 5th women's basketball head coach. Jenkins was a former associate head coach at UD.
According to the athletics department, she has eight years of Division 1 coaching experience, and most recently spent the past year serving as an assistant coach at Penn State.
The university will officially welcome Jenkins at a press conference on Tuesday, April 5th at 11 a.m.
