39-year-old Matthew Lawson is back at Sussex Correctional Institution (SCI) after walking away from a community service operation Thursday in Georgetown.
According to the Delaware Department of Correction, Lawson was apprehended by the Sussex Escapee Recovery Team on Tuesday with help from the Millsboro Police Department, and Delaware State Police.
He was serving time at SCI for twice violating probation.
