DAGSBORO, Del.- What appears to be a tornado formed in the Dagsboro area Monday afternoon, causing damage.
According to viewer photos, trees were knocked down and some small outbuildings were destroyed in the vicinity of Piney Neck Road. One video captured shows rotation forming.
CoastTV Meteorologists say the National Weather Service had issued a special marine warning for the possibility of water spouts, though storm damage appears to indicate a low-level tornado formed.
