LEWES, Del. - The Delaware Department of Transportation has announced that they will be activating a temporary traffic signal at Route 9 and Monroe Avenue.
On the night of Thursday, Aug. 3, they say the light will will begin a 72-hour flashing period.
After that it will switch in to full stop and go on August 7th.
