Blane H. Miller has been called as the winner of the Democratic primary in Maryland Congressional District 1, according to the Associated Press. He leads the pack with 17,644 votes at the time of writing and is followed by his only other competitor, Blessing T. Oluwadare, with 11,760.
Miller will face incumbent Andy Harris in November, who received 49,151 votes at the time of writing.
