SNOW HILL, Md. — The Worcester County Health Department is offering free classes to help youth and adults quit smoking and vaping this summer.
Sessions begin in late June and early July, with in-person and virtual options available. Instructors will cover strategies such as managing stress, creating a quit plan, and preventing relapse.
“No matter how long you’ve smoked or vaped, there are health benefits to quitting,” said Crystal Bell, chronic disease and tobacco supervisor at the Worcester County Health Department.
