A pair from Millsboro were arrested on multiple felony drug charges after a probation search led to the discovery of methamphetamines, pills and suspected drug proceeds, according to the Delaware State Police.

A man and woman from Seaford are facing several felony drug charges after a Probation and Parole search uncovered heroin, crack cocaine and other drug-related items inside a home with a child.

A Millsboro man was arrested Friday evening on DUI and drug charges after a traffic stop revealed heroin and drug paraphernalia in his vehicle, according to Delaware State Police. Authorities say troopers found over 100 bags of heroin and other drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle.

Police say a Maryland man was arrested after leading Delaware State Police on a high-speed chase through Seaford. Authorities 28-year-old Steven McCormicsay is facing multiple felony and misdemeanor charges, with bail set at $238,506.

Delaware State Police say Jesus Torres from Dover now faces multiple felony charges after being arrested following a chase and physical altercation near Seaford. According to the agency, the arrest began after Torres failed to use his turn signal.

Georgetown is considering new regulations to allow retail marijuana shops and growing facilities in town with specific restrictions. Members of the community spoke for and against the ordinance during a public hearing on May 28th. Iif approved, it will need further review by the town's planning commission and council.

A woman is facing drug and DUI charges after an accident in Georgetown on Feb. 7. Police say that multiple drugs were found in her possession.
