Delaware Senators Tom Carper and Chris Coons, as well as congresswoman Lisa Blunt Rochester, are celebrated a collective $1.3 million going to nine rural Delaware energy cost-reducing projects. They say is this is part of the Rural Energy for America Program and the Inflation Reduction Act.
