Village Volunteers will host a 5K run and 1K walk on Sept. 20 at Cape Henlopen State Park to raise funds for programs that help older adults age in place.

Runners, walkers, and supporters from across the region will gather on Saturday, June 28, for the 2nd annual Spectrum Superstars 5K Run/Walk, a community fundraiser hosted by the Lower Shore Autism Community.

The 28th Annual Tortoise & Hare Dare 5K walk/run returns this spring. The 5K will take place at Pocomoke River State Park-Shad Landing on Saturday, April 5.

Runners, walkers and families are invited to the 20th annual Tim Kennard River Run, set for Sunday, March 2. The event features a 10-mile race, a 5K run/walk and a 5K noncompetitive "DOG" walk, all starting and finishing at Salisbury Bible Fellowship.
