This incident occurred in Westover Maryland in Somerset County around 3;30 a.m. September 10.
WESTOVER Md.- Garland “Fast Eddie” Parks, a 58-year-old man of Rumbly has been arrested for first-degree assault.
Around 3:30 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 10 Maryland State Police, Princess Anne Barrack, responded to a report on Rehobeth Road. The victim who is not being identified at this time, was held at knifepoint according to the Maryland State Police.
The victim was transported by ambulance to TidalHealth Peninsula Regional for treatment of their injuries.
