LEWES, Del. - As Delmarva pushes through freezing temperatures, Code Purple at the Cape is working on future plans for when they close down in March.

Code Purple at the Cape opened Dec. 1 and will close on March 15. Mike Agnew, Site Director for Code Purple at the Cape, says he is hopeful that he can work with the Meyer Administration to bring back Tharros once Code Purple closes.

Tharros was a homeless encampment off Route 1 where the Troop 7 used to be.
