The forecast as of now is looking cloudy and chilly. Temperatures will hover in the upper 40s all evening long, so a light jacket probably would not be a bad idea over any thinner costumes. Rain showers will still be around for areas south and east of the Route 9 corridor. The good news is the rain showers will be rather light, so you will not be soaked, but an umbrella does look necessary for many.
