northern Delaware, New Castle. In southern Delaware, Delaware
Beaches and Inland Sussex.
* WHEN...Until 2 AM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Showers and thunderstorms tonight continue to produce heavy
rain. With an already saturated surface, it will not take
much rainfall to result in flooding. Rainfall rates of around
2 to 3 inches per hour are possible.
