Independent report finds no misconduct in Rehoboth Beach 'Takeover' response

An independent investigation into the Rehoboth Beach Police Department's response to the May 19  "Takeover" event found no evidence of police misconduct or racial motivation, concluding officers acted within their authority as they managed a large crowd that grew to over 500 people.
