The Sea Witch costume parade is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 28 at 11 a.m. Road closures and changing traffic patterns will begin early that morning to prepare for large crowds. Spectators and parade participants are encouraged to arrive early to prepare for complications getting into town.
Have no fear: Sea Witch is finally here. But the weekend will be a little abbreviated. Due to severe weather, all outdoor events scheduled for Friday have been canceled.
