The National Weather Service crews are surveying storm damage across parts of Maryland and Delaware on Monday following reports of strong winds overnight. The survey has so far revealed two tornado confirmations.
The city of Milford says cold and wet weather may delay completion of a new roundabout at Airport and Canterbury roads, likely pushing back the planned March 6 reopening.

The closure is scheduled to start on Sept. 15 at 7 a.m., and should reopen on Sept. 19 at 6 p.m. DelDOT says the road is to be closed for, "a horizontal jack and bore for an offsite water main."
According to the DELDOT, the new construction plan for the intersection of SR 1 and Holland Glade Road near the outlets of Lewes and Rehoboth, is set to begin on Sept. 8.
