DELMARVA-  An area of low pressure developing to our south, is sending a steady stream of moisture to Delmarva. Occasional showers become a steady rain later this afternoon into the overnight hours. Highs will be in the upper 40s and lower 50s, but feeling colder with a raw easterly wind, gusting over 25 mph at times.

Friday evening and the overnight hours is looking like a washout. Winds will be gusty from the northeast, peak gusts over 30 mph at times. Lows will be in the 40s.

FUTURECAST

The brunt of the heavier rain moves to the north and east on Saturday, with cloudy skies and scattered showers continuing. Some areas could pick up at least an inch of rain from this system. It will be another chilly and raw day with highs only in the40s and 50s.

A few showers are still possible Saturday night, otherwise cloudy skies continue with lows in the 40s.

For Sunday, we'll see lots of clouds, but also some peeks of sunshine, as low pressure moves away. Temperatures warm up a bit, into the 50s to near 60 later in the day.
